Exelente relacion precio calidad.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The building is all new. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was very poor. The location is far from the center, you must take the line b metro and then the line a (about 20 minutes).be careful the line a for this year close at 21:00. the staff did not speak good englishand it was difficult to communicate with them.

New hotel, Clean room, very freindly and helpfull staff. Air-co system works properly
It's a nice new hotel but not convenient to visiting Rome and get around easily,(15 - 20 min from Rome city center to Rebibbia metro station + 8 to 10 min walk to hotel). Also the selection of items for breakfast was really limited and repeated daily. No bath-tub in the hotel double rooms, just a shower stall. Overall, A good place if you don't mind being out of the city and "fussy eater" like us about breakfast!

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (small selection but high quality), free wi-fi, close (5 min walking) to the Rebibbia underground station which connects you directly to the city centre (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, etc.). Bar is fairly cheap.
Our room was behind the reception with a very small window (according to the receptionist all the other rooms were much nicer). Bathroom was really small, too. The neighbourhood was not so charming but was not dangerous either - pretty much what you can expect from a suburbian district.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful..Also, the hotel is so close to Rebibbia metro station and it takes approximately 15 min to get to the city center (Termini) via metro..

After finally finding the hotel in 38 degree heat - we were delighted with what was on offer. The room was a pleasant surprise. Quality of the accommodation was superb and the breakfast on offer was abundant. We have already praised the hotel to our friends and family back home in Australia and would recommend the hotel to any persons wishing to .vacation in Rome without being in the midst of all that is going on, but still close enough to visit the touristy things.
As the hotel is so new there is a lack of signs from Rebibbia Railway - but that is not a complaint as we were told they are in the process of completing the signage.

Value for money good, private parking in the yard which I had to pay for
The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel staff did't speak english apart from one receptionist that was working there every other day

The director Adi was very helpful, service minded and glad! He made it a very nice stay. This is the perfect suburbian location if you want to visit Rome and get into the centre in 20 minutes with the metro. Our family includes a 3 year old. The hotel is new and clean, a midrange hotel. No luxury. The room was very nice, quite large, and with a view over the river. Considering the price, comfort and extremely service minded staff (Adi) it is well worth it. Especially if you don’t mind not living in the very city centre of Rome.
The breakfast was very Italian (espresso/coffee and some tiny sweet bread) and not continental at all. The only minus I would say. When I made a complaint about it they went fast and bought some fresh bread! Very appreciated. But they were aware of this, and are going to change in that matter they said.

The hotel seemed brand new. We got the feeling that we were the first guests to check in to our room (room 12). The hotel staff cleans the room each day (unlike some other places) and changes all the towels. Breakfast you fair - though no eggs were served and they didn't diverse much, it was tasty and didn't leave us hungry. Also, fresh coffee of our choice was made for us at breakfast by the hotel staff. Rebbiba station was around 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. Signs were put out from the corner of Via Tiburtina pointing out the hotel's location. One of the receptionists was really friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms have an amazing view of the Tiber river. This hotel is a great "Value for you money" place.
Before you read any further, I'd like to point out that all these cons are subjective to the price of the hotel - I'm telling you the cons as a traveler of Rome, even though I think that for the price I got with this hotel, It was a great deal. So again, these are things to consider but aren't deal breakers. Most important - do not try to get to the hotel by Train (Leonardo express) and Metro from the airport. The walk through Termini is long and involves what seemed as a countless number of staircases (up & down). It was really uncomfortable and tiring, so after we finally got to the hotel - We had to rest for an hour or so in our room. If you book a taxi beforehand - It will cost you around 10-11 Euros more (per person) but it's totally worth it. 1- Rebbibia, if you didn't know, is the last station of the "Linea b" metro line on the northern side of the line. This means that it's a full 10 stations away from Termini. Getting to town during busy morning hours can take around 17-18 minutes and the train get's quite full. Getting back can also be a hassle, seeing that most people come back from work at late evening hours and line b is the line people usually get from work - so you might end up missing a couple of trains, because they will be completely packed. In short, the commute to and from the center wasn't the best, and I'd probably say it did a little to downgrade my "Rome experience". 2- ac in the room had some kinks that the hotel staff wasn't able to work out during my stay - They were only 2 times it came on in "Cool" mode. It wasn't a huge problem because the weather was great, but sometimes we had to sleep with an open window and it is really noisy outside (the hotel isn't far from Via Tiburtina which is a main road) - so that wasn't much fun. 3- We had 3 receptionists come and go during our 5 day stay. One of them was really friendly and extremely helpful, while the others - not so much.

The staff is very polite and nice. The design of the hotel and room is nice. Hotel and room are very clean. The hotel is situated near the metro station.
The nearest metro station is the last station of the line. But it takes about 20minuts to get city center.

Very friendly and really helpful staff. My room looked out on a creek with many ducks and fish. My room was spotless as was the en suite. The aircon worked well and there was a small fridge. Good breakfast. The Hotel is a short walk from the Metro....not more than 6/7 minutes, and the Metro was approx 20 mins to Rome City centre. I felt safe and had no fear of theft, and there was a safe in the room if I wanted it. I left my iPad and iPod on my desk when I went to The City every day. The best thing of all for me was the staff who were all friendly and there to help, spoke English and helped me learn Italian. The daily rate was for bed and breakfast and I think it was a very fair rate, and I made my bookings on line from Australia and it all worked out very well. Hassle free.
Thin walls and transmitted sound. There are no nearby restaurants, but I ate in the City before returning for the night. Very tight space between the end of the double bed and the desk, hindering movement from one side of the room to the other.
